Refund and Returns Policy

1. Cancellations

  1. Orders scheduled for Tuesday to Friday may be cancelled up to 24 hours before preparation begins. Cancellations made within 24 hours of preparation will be non- refundable.
  2. Orders scheduled for Saturday, Sunday, or Monday must be cancelled by 2:00 PM on the Friday prior. Cancellations beyond this time will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. To cancel an order, you may: Reply to your order confirmation email, Email catering@lifegrain.com.au , Call us on (02) 7240 6858 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

2. Refund Requests

  1. We strive to ensure all orders meet quality expectations. If you are dissatisfied with any item, please notify us by 9:00 PM on the day of delivery or pickup.
  2. When submitting a refund request, please include the following: Full name used for the order, Contact email address, Order number (found on confirmation email), Photographic evidence of the issue or damage
  3. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 10 business days to be processed. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  4. Please note: Refunds will not be issued for errors made by the customer, including incorrect delivery or pickup dates or times submitted at the time of ordering. We strongly advise all customers to carefully review their order confirmation upon receipt.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card account for confirmation.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
  • Contact your bank to confirm internal processing time.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • LifeGrain Catering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our catering services. Our liability is limited to the replacement of affected products or the value of the order, as applicable under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
