Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all catering orders and related services provided by LifeGrain Central Pty Ltd (referred to as “LifeGrain Catering”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order through our website or via direct communication with our catering team, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you please do not use our catering services.

 

1.Orders and Lead Times

Orders can be placed online at www.lifegrain.com.au or via email at

catering@lifegrain.com.au.

To ensure availability and proper preparation, all orders must be submitted at least three

(3) business days prior to the requested delivery or pickup date.

Orders for public holidays must be placed with a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice.

While we will make every effort to accommodate late or short-notice orders, menu

availability may be limited.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details, including delivery/pickup

date and time, are accurate at the time of booking. LifeGrain Catering will not be held liable

for any errors in submitted information. Mistakes in order timing or date made by the

customer are not eligible for a refund or credit.

2. Delivery and Service Hours

Standard delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Deliveries are available within hospital campuses and the UNSW-Kensington

Campus only.

Delivery is free for orders over $80. Orders below this threshold will incur an $15.

A 10% surcharge applies to catering services requested on weekends or public

holidays.

3. Special Requirements

Customers are responsible for indicating any dietary requirements or special instructions

in the comments box at the time of ordering.

While we will make every effort to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee

allergen-free products. All food is prepared in environments that may contain traces of nuts,

dairy, gluten, and other allergens.

4. Order Amendments

Minor amendments (e.g. item substitution) must be requested at least 48 hours prior to

the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

All changes are subject to availability and confirmation by our catering team.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are inclusive of GST and correct at the time of publication.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier fluctuations, seasonal

availability, or other external factors. We reserve the right to update pricing accordingly.

A 1.5% merchant fee applies to all credit card transactions.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been

made with LifeGrain Catering.

6. Acceptance and Cancellation of Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by LifeGrain Catering. We reserve

the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: inaccurate

customer information, service limitations, or unpaid invoices.
